All the gold bars we sell are from leading LBMA approved refiners. Metalor is one of the largest and most renowned gold refiners who supply us. The Metalor 1 gram bar comes sealed within its assay certificate which shows its serial number. The unique serial number, weight and fineness are stamped on the bar. The Metalor 1 gram gold bar contains 0.0311 troy ounce fine gold. This is our tiniest gold bar, ideal as a gift.
Pure gold is extremely soft and it is easy for bars to pick up small scratches and knocks, so it is best to keep them in the same condition as when they were sold to you. Bars which have been badly damaged may be worth less when you re-sell them.
